Dutch studio Francois Verhoeven Architects has completed Villa K340, a house in The Hague formed of interlocking blocks finished with contrasting timber and plaster. Francois Verhoeven Architects designed the villa in the residential district of Vroondaal, which sits close to the beaches and dunes on the coast of the Netherlands.

London studio SODA has converted a 1970s office block in Liverpool city centre into a residential building that includes co-working and wellness facilities. These include workspaces, a large kitchen, cinema room, gym and treatment rooms and a planted roof terrace. A similar level of care was brought to the outdoor spaces.
