Three Pines is tucked along the edge of the Chesapeake Bay wetlands in Western Maryland. This 2,100 square foot home is comprised of six modular boxes arranged in a courtyard hybrid layout. Designed for a soon-to-be retiring couple, the home is sensitive to the clients wanting to age in place. The vast majority of the home was fabricated off-site at a modular manufacturing facility in Pennsylvania.
