Luckily it doesn’t happen too often – I can only think of a handful of those moments over the past 25 years, but when I step back and widen my view, those moments tend to happen with the same contractor ( i.e. if I have 20 bad moments, 2 contractors are responsible for 15 of those moments) , or at least the same type of contractor.
