Manual data entry still hampers jobsite construction

Nearly half of construction managers still capture critical jobsite quality data manually. One-third still use paper and pen to track data. These are some of the key findings from a survey of more than 500 executives and managers in the construction and engineering fields. The survey, conducted in February by TrackVia , an operational workflow platform, exposes a jobsite management environment that, for many companies, is antiquated and potentially prone to more errors.

Manhattan’s historic Trinity Church Wall Street is getting its first facelift in 72 years

Trinity Church Wall Street, which has served the Episcopal community in Lower Manhattan for 321 years, has initiated a $98.6 million “rejuvenation” that will close the building’s nave, the main body of the church, for approximately 20 months. The architect on this project is Murphy, Burnham and Buttrick. Trinity Church had not identified the engineers or GC on this project at presstime.
