To solve for the issue of sound separation between the programs, the design team utilized an acoustic isolation joint with isolation pads that support the balcony-level bridges between the two venues. Hutton designed the facades using local limestone, arranged in bands For added protection from both wind and wildfire , the facility is made of concrete and clad in durable and noncombustible exterior materials such as limestone and glass.
