Dolce & Gabbana has unveiled renderings of its first branded residential tower located in Miami Named 888 Brickell , the skyscraper will host 259 "Dolce & Gabbana-designed" residences, restaurants and bars, and amenities such as a pool deck, event space, and fitness and spa centre.

The stadium, which set to be located along Lake Michigan in Chicago, will function as a multi-purpose recreational campus and also host concerts and other sporting events. Manica expects to break ground on the stadium in the summer of 2025, with an opening slated for 2028.

JW Marriott Trang An Resort & Spa Slated to open in 2028, JW Marriott Trang An Resort & Spa is being developed by BITEXCO Group, which also owns the JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi. In addition, the hotel is slated to feature 850-square metres of event space, comprising a 500-square meter ballroom and two meeting rooms.

The tower has a stacked cylindrical form Heatherwick Studio and Barcode Architects worked with real estate developer Edge to create a proposal that would accommodate space for culture, work and leisure. Construction is expected to start in 2025, with the building set to be completed in 2028.
