Facade installation underway on MAD Architects’ first North American residential rental tower

The sixteen-story tower broke ground in late 2021 and represents MAD’s first residential rental building in the United States, expected to contain 187 units. A rooftop pool, spa, and garden areas complete the 216-foot-tall structure. The opening will contain a network of footpaths and planting.
