This recently completed project located in the London Borough of Kingston Upon Thames is spread between two semi-detached Victorian properties which both sought to extend their roof spaces. The new dormer, though long, reads as four small dormers; this was carefully designed to reduce visual impact.

On the opposite side, where the gates are, the face of the structure is mostly glass. Its corners taper to sharp edges that "cut through the sky with precision".
