Local architecture studio Bockus Payne has renovated a 1970s commercial skyscraper in Oklahoma City , reformatting its interiors and landscape and completely replacing its exterior glazing. Local bank BancFirst bought the structure and employed Bockus Payne to carry out the renovation.
