The three structures were constructed using pigmented concrete. It has an open-plan design to aid accessibility throughout and four timber-lined cores that hold archival collections, reading rooms and support zones. A large circular opening pierces the roof of the pavilion, adding a sculptural quality.

A roof-mounted landing pad allows the drone to land on the vehicle when it's moving. The project consists of a linear stretch of stones and concrete structures that reach into the water, similar to a jetty, in order to calm the water, preventing flooding while also reducing coastal erosion.
