After exploring the idea of opening a small showroom or popup store somewhere in the downtown core, Le Studio, the decorative division of LumiGroup architectural, ultimately decided on an 18th floor VIP Showroom located in a condominium tower in the Old Montreal district.

The last redevelopment was carried out in the 1980s to give the Esplanade the appearance of a large garden.

A wetland area to the east forms a natural clearing, while a rock outcropping to the west creates a steeper incline, shielding the residence from both dominant winds and neighboring views. Rooted in the gently sloping terrain, a lightweight roof is upheld by a subtle yet robust structure.
