Arquitectonica's 8850 Sunset development gets city approval

Arquitectonica has announced that the long-awaited 8850 Sunset Boulevard development has received approval from the City of West Hollywood. The proposed structure will stand 11 stories tall and feature a 90-room hotel, 78 residences, including 16 affordable units, and commercial spaces on the ground level.
