American developer Related Midwest has resumed construction on the 400 Lake Shore skyscraper in Chicago on a site that has experienced more than a decade's worth of revisions and delays. Chilean studio Hebra Arquitectos has completed an elevated home with steel pilotis and a V-shaped roof, aiming to create a building that "floats in the middle of the forest".
