The two towers of Forma are the tallest residential structures ever made by Frank Gehry. The development will be sited on King Street West in Downtown Toronto. Forma is sited in Toronto's Entertainment District. The developers told Dezeen they expect the project to be complete by 2028.

Santiago Calatrava, Uwe Reppegather, Founder and Managing Director of the CENTRUM Group and Lord Mayor Dr. Stephan Keller announced the plans for Calatrava Boulevard – a sustainable, luxury building complex located on a site between Königsallee, Königstrasse and Steinstrasse in Düsseldorf, Germany. The plan is set to be completed by 2028.
