Known as MO288 – an abbreviation of the building's address – the multifamily project includes 15 apartments and two commercial spaces across six stories. Curved balconies overlook the internal courtyard Tenant commercial spaces hold two corners of the ground floor, while the third is occupied by a compact garage with tandem parking stackers.
