The project has saved a derelict warehouse building in one of London’s most beloved districts, transforming it into a crafted and thriving workspace. The building is a 1960s infill (three storeys high with wide single glazed windows) in a street of Grade II listed Georgian townhouses.

Project Status: Built. Our design for the Westfield Mall of the Netherlands works a magical transformation on what was a dated, run-of-the-mill shopping centre. This gesture, based on the idea of a silk scarf draped around the building, plays a key role in unifying the design and giving the mall a single strong identity.
