The project takes advantage of the uniqueness of the lot, accessible by two streets. It is built in place of a parking lot accessible from rue Henri-Julien, and the townhouse completes the construction of an existing sixplex on Drolet Street. Fine framing the facade on the street, the side walls of black brick unfold in a vertical apparatus.

Saidye-Bronfman Park Pavilion, Montreal, Quebec

The pavilion is set in a new 8,600-square-meter park that includes an arboretum, recreation areas, a natural agora, and a public square with animated water fountains. The new park is named after Saidye Bronfman (1897-1995), a Canadian philanthropist. The architecture and the park are thus in constant dialogue.
