The London United Electrical Tramway Company was built in 1901 by architects William Curtis Green and J. The upper levels of the Power House were reserved for residential, and in 1985 David Clarke Associates converted the first and second floors into a four-bedroom penthouse apartment with 325 square metres of living space.
