The tower's rational form contains office, auditorium, and tenant amenity space, including the Doosan History Museum and a café that opens up to the landscaped roof terrace. The Anji Culture and Art Center will be defined by a series of curving canopy roofs that were designed to look like scattered bamboo leaves.
