With the Luchtsingel and Schiestraat as structural routes and the urban development ensemble Schieblock and Delfstestraat and their users as a basis. We are very happy that as a Rotterdam-based office, we are able to work on such an iconic urban ensemble in the heart of Rotterdam. Diagram.

The project is part of the international building exhibition IBA’27 which hopes to bring together production and living to establish a truly mixed urban condition. The approximately 90 meter tall building will be located at the entrance of the city, culminating at the Belsenpark masterplan urban development in the district of Oberkassel, on the left bank of the river Rhine.
