This will create an important urban development for the area of Beukenhorst-West, located between the train station and centre of Hoofddorp which has remained until recently, a desolate office park with vacant spaces. Cycling, walking and socialising are a key feature of the ground areas, a car-free zone.

Sure enough, a similar number of people will soon be able to inhabit the vast industrial area where a modern and green district with a restricted traffic zone system is set to emerge by 2050.

Lightweight Roof The decentralization and deconstruction strategy endows the architecture with a contemporary spirit, thus creates an iconic cultural image.

The approximately 90 meter tall building will be located at the entrance of the city, culminating at the Belsenpark masterplan urban development in the district of Oberkassel, on the left bank of the river Rhine. This part of the tower also acts as a sound barrier for the inner courtyard and residential development behind.
