The Prohibition on the Purchase of Residential Property by Non-Canadians Act — which came into effect in January of this year and bans foreigners from buying residential real estate in the country for two years — is weird. As well, an entity is deemed foreign if a non-Canadian owns a minimum of 3 per cent of the entity.

The Eugene City Council meets tomorrow (Monday, July 19) at 5:30 PM to conduct a hearing on the topic of a proposed amendment to Commercial Setback requirements in the Eugene Code. Likewise, the C-2 and C-3 zones should not be treated identically, except in the Downtown Transit Overlay District (as they are now).

Kinetic It is a sculpture conceived according to each angle of discovery. From the south, the composition is more balanced, to face the calmness of the lake.

Rhode Island Housing Zoning Map On February 22, 2022, Rhode Island Governor Dan McKee signed into law Act 6061, also known as the “Zoning Modernization and Housing Act.” The new provisions required each of the local Zoning Ordinances to be revised so that they are in compliance in compliance with the Act by January 1, 2024.
