Commercial Setbacks Code Amendment

The Eugene City Council meets tomorrow (Monday, July 19) at 5:30 PM to conduct a hearing on the topic of a proposed amendment to Commercial Setback requirements in the Eugene Code. The Planning Commission previously recommended approval of the amended code language. The maximum front yard setback would remain unchanged at 15 feet.
