Brooklyn-based studio Modu has created a building envelope that lowers the ambient air temperature in order to help cool the interior and exterior of this Houston building. Each tenant will be provided with both an interior and exterior space. A bamboo grove will also provide additional shade.

Chengdu studio Muda Architects has completed Tianfu Museum of Chinese Medicine in Pengzhou, China , which is based on the shape of the yin-yang symbol. At the front of the building is a landscaped plaza with paved walkways, designed to host outdoor activities as well as connect the museum to the surrounding streets.

The project consists of a main house, guest house and writer's studio The main house was "conceived as a geologic remnant in the landscape, located on the edge between field and forest".
