The Local Activity Center is a facility whose purpose is to create and support social and cultural life in the area of Wrocław's Maślice. Residents needed a place that would be conducive to engaging in various local activities and building a sense of belonging to a given place.

Multifamily residential project Braniborska 44 is a closed quarter building with an internal patio covered with greenery. The neat tectonic is created through the deliberate use of voids and by distinguishing the external and internal façades by withdrawing peripheral loggias and protruding balconies towards the patio.
