This will be preceded at 12 o’clock by tours at the competition site led by Tartu city architect and his team. The site is located in Tammiste, a village in Tori Parish, Pärnu County in south-western Estonia and it was used to build a drumlin, which was subsequently covered in flora to fit in with the surrounding scenery.

The pièce de resistance of the isle is the sinuous, free-flowing Harbin Opera House, which comprises two theaters across its 850,000-square-foot built site. The glazed roof rises and falls in folds, inviting workers to look up and experience the organic world beyond the porous structure. Instead, they coexist in comfortable communion.

Year: 2017 The GLF Construction Corporation had wisely chosen the location for its headquarters. It does not mean that we need to sacrifice the look of the building.

Designed by Snow Architects, the Commercial Road site comprising 70 apartments of 1, 2, & 3-beds over two blocks is within 15 minutes’ walk from the new Everton FC stadium and adjacent to Tobacco Wharf and the Leeds and Liverpool canal. The latter structure will be connected to the Hartley Pavilion with a first-floor pedestrian bridge.

It expresses in a distinctive manner the themes of the site: the water, the quayside and the craft of shipbuilding. A skeleton consisting of a series of trusses arranged in a row forms the main structure. Design and landscape The architecture of Jonas’ is remarkable. From the outside, the building has a striking and sturdy appearance.
