Located in the heart of Unterschachen in Switzerland refers to the finest construction traditions. It harmonizes with the climate, landscape, and scenic beauty of the alpine mountainside. The first layer is a stone base embedded in the ground, which protects and anchors the building on steep slopes.

The historical stock was expanded and supplemented over time with some additions, however, the residential building was completely preserved. The shape of the old hay barn was also preserved but was extended with the same basic shape in the ridge direction. However, no construction work was carried out on the existing residential building.
