The building on the banks of the River Seine was originally constructed in the 1960s and has been refurbished, remodelled and extended by David Chipperfield Architects Berlin. They will be grouped around a soft landscape feature in a square bounded by perimeter blocks of the wider masterplan by Maccreanor Lavington Architects.
