Just when I was on the cusp of getting registered and diving into a career as an architect, my business partner and I started our architectural visualization business. The Terrain materials are maps generated by Gaea, which I then tweaked in Photoshop to get them to the color I needed. 20 years ago, I trained as an architect.

We have removed a sizable portion of the building’s footprint to create a covered courtyard that will both physically and visually ease you into the building. It is a two-story building elevated above a ground-level parking deck, with a stucco exterior finish and ribbon windows around the entire building.

Just a few days later, all the plywood formwork gets removed and you can see the finished concrete product. And here is a close up finished look at a corner – see that notch cut out of the soil retainer boards? Too much slump and the concrete would have been rejected. It looks great. Thanks Bob.

We ended up removing the wood board fence and decided to go with a chain link fence that has shrubs planted on both sides so that it provides the security of a proper fence – but will visually disappear. Keep this in mind as you look at the rest of the pictures in this post.
