Forbes and Egyptian real estate development company Magnom Properties have announced plans to construct a 55-story zero-carbon commercial tower in Egypt’s New Administrative Capital outside of Cairo. Called the Forbes International Tower, this marks the first time the media giant has branded a commercial tower.

This land offers Tours Métropole the opportunity to rethink the entire airport area, and to include it in the urban renewal process yet under way in the north-east of the city. A new tramway has initiated a partial regeneration of the urban fabric, but it cannot succeed to improve the cohesion and sustainability of the area on its own.
