The building uses photovoltaic cells at the roof level to generate renewable energy, while an intelligent building “skin” separated by glass-reinforced concrete fins reduces energy consumption. On one side of the building, freestanding totems measuring 3 to 4 metres flank a vertical green wall of evergreen and flowering plant species.
