Developers for this dynamic new building are Vornado Realty Trust and Aurora Capital. The project will be built on the former Prince Lumber Yard. The new 170,000 sqft commercial structure is 135 feet high, spanning nine stories. It is also due to be the tallest residential tower in the Western Hemisphere.
