Wood will be the primary material used to construct this building for the city administration of Espoo, Finland , which is being designed by studios Cobe and Lundén Architecture Company. Named Espoo House, the 24,000-square-mere building is intended to pay homage to Finland's history of timber construction.

The building is part of a larger masterplan for the so-called Espoon Keskus, one of five major urban centres in Espoo, creating a diverse neighbourhood with new residential buildings, commercial facilities, public transportation, and green urban spaces. The load-bearing structure consists of mass timber with a span of 6×6 meters.

The distinctive octagonal port, which was designed by Danish studio BIG , will be located partly on land with a large floating structure protruding into the sea. According to the developers of Neom, this off-shore section will be the "world's largest floating structure" when it is completed.
