Skanska UK appointed JRA as a long-term design and architecture partner to develop the workplace strategy and interior design of the four-storey, 6,000m2 head office in 2021. These zones are supplemented by a rich mix of agile and collaborative spaces including around 50 meeting rooms, collaboration centres, and training areas.

Arbor is fossil fuel free, BREEAM Excellent and designed to meet the requirements of Part L 2021.

Year: 2021. From this context, we proposed a multi-zoning masterplan with the main elevation located on the inside, at the central garden. It dealt with a narrow access road with untidy surroundings and a residential mood that may reject commercial activities. Project Status: Built. Size: 10,000 sqft – 25,000 sqft.
