The dialogue was launched by Tours Métropole on an inter-communal site surrounding the airport which serves as a passenger hub and until 2021 also as a military base. Innovative green spaces will be the driving force behind the renewal of the airport area, improving the quality of life for the citizens of Tours Métropole.

The dialogue was launched by Tours Métropole on an inter-communal site surrounding the airport which serves as a passenger hub and until 2021 also as a military base. This land offers Tours Métropole the opportunity to rethink the entire airport area, and to include it in the urban renewal process yet under way in the north-east of the city.

This approach has resulted in the construction of domestic dwellings, commercial offices, schools and public institutions on five continents, routinely combining design with financial and technological resources. By developing an app for scanning the facade panels, their path was tracked through every stage of production up to final assembly.
