UK architecture studio Foster + Partners has completed a supertall skyscraper in New York City as part of the Hudson Yards development in Midtown Manhattan. According to Foster + Partners, an "innovative" elevator strategy was used for the building's core to open up floor plates on the perimeter of the envelope.
