There was an interior designer and we ended up getting a structural engineer involved. It’s the economic argument based on US systems of buying and financing homes. It’s a little easier in Europe where they finance things differently basically. So it’s easier to finance these things a little bit longer.

In 2018, the firm placed at number 43 in the Building Design 2018 World Architecture 100. Recently, Roj became the ambassador of Italian design in Beijing for the 2018 Italian Design Day.
