David Chipperfield Architects to reinstate "former splendour" of Jenners department store in Edinburgh

The overhaul aims to bring new life to the listed Victorian building by introducing a hotel to its upper floors while restoring original features, including its glass-roofed atrium. Externally, Jenners' Victorian facade will be restored. The building's glass-roofed atrium will be restored. A new facade will also be added.

Louis Vuitton debuts 2023 cruise collection at Louis Kahn's Salk Institute

Named after Jonas Salk, the American medical researcher who developed the first polio vaccine, the Salk Institute was completed in 1965.

Moshe Safdie donates his Habitat 67 apartment to McGill University

Safdie's apartment was renovated in 2017. The government owned the building until the 1980s, when it was sold to a private developer and then to a consortium of tenants. To mark its 50th anniversary, the unit was carefully restored to its original condition in 2017. Woven into the complex are gardens and terraces.
