As a rule of thumb, a building is considered to be a skyscraper if it can count more than 40, 50 floors , and it is generally agreed that it has to reach a height of at least 150 m. This is because of an old superstition surrounding the number, that results in some of these constructions to jump from floor 12 to floor 14 in the sequence.
