This marvelous structure started in 2009 and was completed in 2015. Located in the thriving city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the building held eight ranks in the Emporis Skyscraper Award in 2009 , a year after its completion in 2008. Year of Completion: 2009. And the construction was started in 2005, and it ended in 2009.
