A huge white-clad podium frame form foundation and the three towers ascending at each intersection. The 60 stories tall building was completed in 2006 after being held off several times in the past. Year of Completion: 2006. The top of the structure is formed in a unique sail-shape and lit up by LED lights in the dark.
