Occupying the former Rich Industrial Estate that was once the centre of Bermondsey's 19th-century tannery trade, the three buildings by Coffey Architects are part of a wider masterplan for the neighbourhood by architects AHMM for developer London Square. Coffey Architects was founded by Phil Coffey in 2005.

Danish architecture BIG has unveiled its masterplan for the refurbishment of the Aqaba Container Terminal at Jordan 's only port to transform it into a hub for the local community. The terminal masterplan will involve the renovation of existing facilities, alongside the introduction of community training centres and public parks.

Earlier buildings include Fondazione Prada in Milan (2018), De Rotterdam (2013), CCTV Headquarters in Beijing (2012), Casa da Música in Porto (2005), and the Seattle Central Library (2004). Iyad Alsaka Iyad Alsaka joined OMA as a director in 2007 and became partner in 2011.

The building is the latest stage in the School’s 15-year Masterplan, prepared by McIldowie Partners and Upton Architects in 2005. The Masterplan was conceived and implemented to ensure appropriate, sustainable, cohesive development of the campus over time.

The building will be a home for the work of the long established visual arts organisation of the same name.

The brief passage of elegance represented in the photo above had passed, and was replaced by the ogres that arose between 2005-2009, described below following my (true) dream sequence. Image of Femopolis represents my dream sequence of Quinlan Terry masterplanning Waterplace and its vicinity. Maybe that is why nothing happened.
