I don’t get to use these pump trucks too often on residential jobs, but they are extremely common on commercial jobs. Robin R The photographs shown in your informative post don’t show vents in the foundation—which would classify this as an unvented crawl space. Is the crawl space conditioned? Limited PPE for the cement crew?

Accessible bathroom design sizing is almost second-nature for me from commercial design. I suspect it keeps the dirty stuff out of the sink during the small (ha!) I routinely reserve 8 x 10 in DD, and 5 x 7 in SD in any multi-level residential design. Stair designs are planned for blocking & vhair lifts.
