It is located in Oxford Street in Sydney’s historic Paddington area. Oxford Street is the cultural high-street of Paddington. Paddington is a suburb famous for its traditional terrace houses and rich streetscape. The site presented many streetscape challenges. The building is clad in sandstone to match the church.

The brief from Randwick City Council was to replace the original buildings, which consisted of accomodation for the local Seals winter swimming club and general amenities and change facilities in addition to the inclusion of an accessible toilet and parents change room and accessible pathway to the building from the public carpark above.

The project “PHIVE”, located in Parramatta square is an exceptional public and cultural facility filled with community and exhibition spaces all around the main library, as well as the City of Parramatta’s Council Chamber.

To be located along the banks of the Parramatta River, the project will form part of the high density northern edge of towers in Sydney’s second CBD. The 48 storey tower above will contain a range of apartments, offer sweeping views across Parramatta to the North, East and West.
