Project Status: Built. Situated on a steep, westerly slope, approximately 20m above sea level, below one of Eckernförde’s most popular residential streets, this residence enjoys one of the most stunning views over the bay and the open Baltic Sea. Free movement between the terraces was possible through vacuum insulation.

The project is located on a sand peninsula on the south-west corner of Sweden. This project holds a special place in our hearts as it is located where Magnus grew up. Although the location is very flat, you get a fantastic view of the Baltic from the first floor.
