However, the charm of this place is not limited to the construction of the house or the perimeter of the land.

The project’s conception made it possible for the house to interact with its surroundings, with the reverse also being a reality. Materiality was the key point for this volume not to be just a house, but to function as a sculpture. The end result was very positive.

The project was a refurbishment intervention of an existing building located on a protected site, and was conditioned by numerous constraints.
