Window pediments here, as elsewhere on the house, have lost their return moldings. Horrible 1980’s aluminum which had previously entombed beautiful wood moldings is transformed into the missing triangular shingle details. Newly restored returns on each window/door header on the south porch! This is the fun part!

Residents had rediscovered the water while partying on the new park in downtown and claimed the space as Baltimore's new "commons". Tens of thousands flocked to the rediscovered water's edge even though the open space was flat and mostly barren. 1986 Pride of Baltimore is lost at sea. Harbor Court Hotel opens.
