London studio Bell Phillips has completed a timber pavilion in a park in Elephant & Castle featuring an elevated viewing gallery nestled among the boughs of a mature plane tree. The 18-square-metre kiosk is located in a unit at the prominent southern corner of the site. Paths wind through and around the building.
