Architecture studio dMFK Architects has restored and renovated the Voysey House office in Chiswick, London , which was originally designed as a wallpaper factory by architect CFA Voysey. This included replacing the non-original windows with steel reproductions of the original frames.

Geneva-based architect Stef Claes took cues from mid-century and local architecture to create House in the Fields, a low-lying home in the Belgian countryside. Set within a wide agricultural landscape, the home has white-painted walls and black accents, which Claes said draws on mid-century modern buildings in the United States.

Local studio Heryco has completed a renovation of a pink apartment building with arches influenced by the form of aqueducts in the city of Querétaro, México. To complement the modern aesthetics of the building, we integrated artwork by various Mexican artists, creating a unique and sophisticated atmosphere," the studio said.

The new home occupies what was a two-storey farmhouse, while a studio space is housed in a former barn with hayloft.
