Frieze co-founder Matthew Slotover, developer Gabriel Chipperfield and artist Tom Gidley have teamed up with Fleet Architects to turn a partially collapsed building in Kent , England, into a 14-room hotel. Bedrooms overlook the seafront and the neighbouring Turner Contemporary gallery. The photography is by Ed Reeve.

As a result of the building's location on an industrial heritage site, the gallery's exterior was designed to respond to the surrounding warehouse and industrial buildings visually.
